Juliana Vander Meer has been a practicing Interior Design professional since 1994 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from the Interior Design Institute of Denver. She specializes in residential design, but has experience in other areas such as business interiors and hospitality design. She works one-on-one with clients, guiding them to their personal design goals. Her broad experience allows her to navigate any design challenge, large or small. Whether you are building new, remodeling, or simply interested in new furnishings, she can facilitate all phases of the design process. Most importantly, Juliana prides herself on listening to her clients.

• Initial consultation to properly assess client needs.
• Gather preliminary measurements necessary for accurate design implementation.
• Draft floor plans, elevations and other working drawings to convey accurate designs to architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with all material and finish selections so client is confident with product style and quality.
• Provide specifications on all product selections and finish materials so client, contractor, and architect have a clear and accurate record.
• Provide estimates of project costs so budgets are realistic and transparent.
• Manage purchasing of furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, and other products so client has single point of contact thus freeing client’s time for more important decisions.
• Supervise all installations to ensure highest quality work.
• Maintain regular communication so client is aware of progress.
